Dawn PRO Heavy Duty Manual Pot and Pan Detergent 1 gal Case of 2 Model 80730279

Commercial-Grade Pot and Pan Detergent

Dawn PRO Heavy Duty Manual Pot and Pan Detergent is a commercial-grade liquid dish soap formulated for hand-washing the toughest cookware. It uses proprietary grease-cutting surfactants to remove baked-on grease, tomato sauce, and butter from pots, pans, silverware, and baking trays. The bulk concentrate comes in a case of two 1-gallon bottles for high-volume foodservice operations. It is not suited for buyers who need an automated machine detergent or a ready-to-use spray formula.

3X Baked-On Grease Cleaning Power

The decisive specification is the 3X baked-on grease cleaning power versus Dawn Non-Concentrated, delivered by a higher concentration of active cleaning ingredients per drop. This concentrate makes 128 sinks per bottle at the recommended dosage of 1 oz per 10-gallon sink. It cleans 58% more greasy pots and pans per sink compared to the non-concentrated reference. The formula is built specifically for manual warewashing in professional kitchens.

Low-Effort Manual Warewashing

In normal use the detergent reduces physical effort by requiring 50% less scrubbing than Dawn Non-Concentrated because active ingredients do more of the work. The liquid concentrate dilutes in water with no special equipment, no heat requirement, and no mechanical agitation beyond standard hand-washing. There are no fumes, no aerosol propellants, and no power draw associated with the product itself.
