What it is

This is a 16.4 ft COB LED strip that runs on 12 V and produces 6500 K daylight white light. It contains 1600 densely spaced 2835 LEDs on a flexible copper-finish tape with a self-adhesive backing. The strip is dimmable from 0 to 100 percent using the included controller and is rated for indoor use only.

Capacity and headroom

At 10 W the strip delivers a bright, uniform glow without visible gaps or dark spots across its full length. It can be cut to fit shorter runs, but the 12 V supply limits total length to the supplied 16.4 ft; extending beyond that would require a separate power feed. The 24 V adapter included steps the voltage down for the 12 V strip.

Practical limits of the interface

The strip uses a simple two-wire DC connection, so it cannot be addressed individually or programmed for colour effects. Dimming is handled by the inline controller, not by a smart-home protocol or wireless link. Because the product is indoor-rated with no weather protection, it must not be installed where moisture or direct sunlight can reach it.

Questions about this item

Will the 12 V COB strip work with my existing 24 V power supply?

No, the strip is rated for 12 V and the included adapter is 24 V; using a 24 V supply directly on the 12 V tape will damage the LEDs.

How can I verify the 6500 K daylight output after installation?

The strip should show a clean, even white line with no visible dots; use the dimmer to sweep 0 % to 100 % and confirm smooth brightness change.

Does the kit include the 16.4 ft COB tape, 24 V adapter, dimmer and welcome guide, or must I buy any of them separately?

All four items — 16.4 ft COB LED strip, 24 V power adapter, dimmer and welcome guide — are in the box; nothing extra is required for basic operation.
