Indoor LED Strip Kit

The DAYBETTER Y1-15IT-ICCI kit provides 130ft of flexible RGB LED strip lighting supplied on dual 65.6ft rolls. It includes a 24V power adaptor and a 24-key IR remote alongside Bluetooth app control for colour and mode selection. The strips are cuttable at marked points to suit various indoor layouts.

Pre-Installation Checks

Verify that the installation area is indoors and dry because the strips are not waterproof and rated for indoor use only. Ensure a mains socket is accessible for the corded electric adaptor before mounting. The roll must be fully unrolled before the first power-on to prevent heat build-up.

Sustained Operation

The LED strips draw 5 watts total, so heat output remains low during extended use. Colour memory retains the last setting after power cycles, and the timer function can automate daily on and off schedules. The app and remote continue to provide responsive control over 16 million colours during long sessions.

Questions about this item

Does the 130ft kit arrive as one continuous strip or in multiple rolls?

The 130ft length is supplied as two 65.6ft rolls that can be joined or run separately; cut points are marked so each roll can be trimmed to fit the room.

How do I decide between using the 24-key IR remote or the DAYBETTER app for daily control?

The IR remote works line-of-sight up to a few metres and offers 24 direct keys for quick mode changes; the app adds 16-million-colour selection, music-sync microphone access and timer scheduling from anywhere in the home.

What does the 5-watt rating mean for brightness and heat when the 130ft strip is installed along a ceiling?

At 5 watts total draw the strip produces low heat and modest accent light suitable for mood lighting; it is not intended as primary room illumination.
