Dayton 1/3 HP Utility Pump
This Dayton 11C686 utility pump delivers 1/3 horsepower at 115 volts for residential drainage tasks. The stainless steel body and impeller resist corrosion while moving water through a 1-1/4 inch female threaded discharge. It operates on standard 120V AC household current at 60 Hz and draws 7.50 amps during operation.
Plug-in drainage solution
The pump requires a grounded 120V outlet and a discharge pipe connected to the 1-1/4 inch F fitting. A minimum sump pit diameter of 18 inches and 12 inches of water depth are needed for proper operation. No switch is included so a separate float or pressure switch must be supplied to automate the pump cycle.
Flow performance under head
At 5 feet of head the pump moves 76 gpm, decreasing to 59 gpm at 10 feet and 45 gpm at 15 feet of head. At 20 feet of head the flow rate is 29 gpm before reaching a maximum shut-off head of 32 feet. The Buna-N, ceramic and stainless steel shaft seal is designed for continuous immersion in typical drainage water.
