Product Identity

The Dayton 1WBV3 is a galvanised steel wall collar designed for a 36 in blade diameter. It provides a closed-base mounting frame for heavy-duty ventilation installations in commercial or industrial buildings.

Installation Notes

The unit ships with four mounting angles and four side panels to simplify assembly. Its 18 ga thickness and 21 1/2 in overall depth require secure anchoring to structural framing; misaligned cut-outs are the most common cause of air leakage.

Pre-Order Checks

Verify that the rough opening measures 41 5/8 in by 41 5/8 in to match the specified cut-out dimensions. Confirm the available wall depth accommodates the 40 1/4 in overall height and width before ordering.
