Copper stop sleeves for 1/32 in wire rope, 50 pieces for swaging secure ends
The Dayton 2VKD3 stop sleeves are sized for 1/32 in diameter wire rope. Each copper sleeve measures 1/8 in overall length with a 1/4 in outside diameter. The plain finish suits general-purpose swaging where a secure termination is required. A pack contains 50 pieces for multiple assemblies.
These sleeves are rated for swage fitting only and carry no load efficiency or lifting capability. They are not approved for overhead lifting, rigging or safety-critical applications. The copper construction allows a reliable cold swage without specialised tooling beyond a standard hand swager. Use only for static end stops or light tensioning.
The unplated copper surface provides basic corrosion resistance in dry or mildly humid environments. No lubrication or coating is needed during installation. The material does not generate heat, noise or electrical draw because it is a passive mechanical component. Store the unused sleeves in the original packaging to keep the finish clean.

The sleeve is sized for wire rope that measures 1/32 in across, so the copper stop sleeve will form a secure swaged stop only on cable of that exact diameter.
Swage means the sleeve must be compressed with a hand swager or hydraulic press made for 1/32 in copper sleeves; no industry standard is cited for this size.
At 1/4 in outside diameter the sleeve matches a 1/4 in die bore, and its 1/8 in length sits fully inside the die cavity for a complete crimp.
