Replacement blower wheel with 3/4 inch bore fits multiple Dayton fan models
The Dayton 6366465 blower wheel serves as a direct replacement for worn or damaged wheels in compatible Dayton blower assemblies. It features a closed-base design and a 3/4 inch bore diameter for a secure fit on the motor shaft. Maintenance technicians and facility managers use this part to restore airflow performance in HVAC and ventilation equipment without replacing the entire motor assembly.
This wheel replaces original equipment wheels bearing Grainger part numbers such as 16D525, 16D543, 33X836, and 1MBE9 among others. The upgrade is worth it when vibration, reduced output, or physical damage to the original wheel degrades system efficiency. Swapping only the wheel avoids the cost and downtime of a full blower motor replacement while returning the unit to its rated airflow capacity.
The closed-base construction limits use to motor shafts matching the 3/4 inch bore specification; it cannot accommodate larger or smaller shaft sizes without an adapter. Compatibility is restricted to the specific Dayton and Grainger model numbers listed in the specifications. Installers must verify the exact model number of the existing assembly before purchase to ensure proper fit and balance.

The wheel has a 3/4 in bore diameter, so it fits a 3/4 in motor shaft directly.
Slide the wheel onto the shaft, align the set screw with the flat on the shaft, then tighten the set screw firmly; the missed step is forgetting to locate the flat before tightening.
Replace it if the blades become bent, coated with heavy dust that cannot be cleaned, or if vibration appears during operation.
