Thermal overload relay protects three-phase circuits from 23 A to 32 A with auto or manual reset and IEC 60947-4-1 compliance
The Dayton 6ECC7 is a three-pole thermal overload relay rated for 23 A to 32 A. It mounts directly to a contactor and provides 1NO/1NC auxiliary contacts for control circuits in industrial automation panels.
The relay operates on Trip Class 10 and meets IEC 60947-4-1, CSA, and UL Listed standards. Auto and manual reset modes are selectable. The adjustable current range tops out at 32 A, so motors drawing more require a different device.
Confirm the contactor matches the direct-mount style and that the 3.62 in body depth fits your enclosure. Check that 1NO/1NC contacts suit your control scheme and review the Proposition 65 notice for regulated jurisdictions.

The relay adjusts continuously between 23 A and 32 A, so you set the dial to the motor's full-load current within that window.
Trip Class 10 trips within 10 seconds at six times the set current, giving standard protection for general-purpose motors.
The relay mounts directly to compatible IEC contactors; the standard ensures electrical performance, not a single contactor part number.
