This Dayton fan delivers reversible airflow for exhaust or supply duties in commercial and industrial spaces. The direct-drive design eliminates belts and pulleys, reducing maintenance while the galvanized frame resists corrosion in damp environments. Ball bearings and a totally enclosed air-over motor support continuous operation at ambient temperatures up to 104 degrees F. Suitable for facilities needing reliable air movement without belt adjustments.

Three-Phase Voltage and Static-Pressure Limits

The motor runs on 208-230/460 V AC three-phase power, drawing 1.5-1.6 or 0.9 operating amps depending on wiring. At zero static pressure it moves 2226 CFM exhaust or 1926 CFM supply; at 0.250 in. SP output drops to 1654 CFM exhaust and 1420 CFM supply. RPM varies between 1750 and 1742 across the voltage range. Installations requiring higher static pressure or single-phase power cannot use this unit.

Quarter-Horsepower Motor Determines Fit

The 1/4 hp motor sets the airflow ceiling for this 16-inch blade diameter. Buyers needing greater CFM at the same static pressure must select a larger-horsepower model, as this frame and blade combination cannot exceed the rated performance. The fixed 20-by-20-inch frame with 12 13/16-inch depth also limits retrofit options where mounting clearances are tighter.
