Dayton Low Side Gauge Blue 350 psi

This Dayton low-side pressure gauge is built for HVAC technicians servicing refrigerant circuits. The 2-3/4 inch dial shows vacuum to 350 psi and is colour-coded blue for low-side identification. It threads directly into standard manifold gauge sets with a 1/8 inch connection.

Working pressure range 30 in Hg to 350 psi

The single specification that decides fitment is the working pressure span of 30 inches of mercury vacuum up to 350 psi. If the system operates outside this envelope the gauge will not read correctly and could be damaged.

Compatible with R-12, R-22, R-502 refrigerants

The gauge comfortably handles common legacy refrigerants including R-12, R-22 and R-502 in residential and light-commercial equipment. It runs out of range on high-pressure CO₂ transcritical systems or newer HFO blends that exceed 350 psi.

Questions about this item

What does the 350 psi working pressure mean when the gauge is installed on a manifold set?

It shows the maximum pressure the gauge can read on the low side, covering vacuum down to 30 in Hg and pressure up to 350 psi for R-12, R-22 and R-502 systems.

What connection size does the 1/8 in fitting use and what does it limit?

The 1/8 in connection threads into standard manifold ports, so it fits common HVAC manifold gauge sets without adapters.

What diameter and colour should I check to ensure the gauge fits my existing manifold?

The gauge is 2 3/4 in diameter with a blue face, matching the standard low-side size and colour code used on many replacement manifold sets.
