SPDT Cat Whisker Limit Switch

The Dayton SPDT Cat Whisker Limit Switch is a top-actuated position sensor built for omnidirectional detection. Its wobble-stick actuator responds to contact from any angle, making it suitable for conveyors, safety guards and machine-tool limit sensing. The switch carries a NEMA 13, 3, 4, 4X and 6P rating for dust, water and oil resistance.

10 A contact rating at 600 V AC and DC

The single-pole double-throw contacts are rated for 10 A at 600 V on both AC and DC circuits. This dual-voltage rating lets the same device control a motor starter or a low-voltage PLC input without separate part numbers. No boot seal is fitted, so the actuator moves freely in clean or mildly contaminated environments.
