A 36-inch cross-arm strap with dual D-rings and a 310 lb capacity, meeting ANSI Z359.18 and OSHA 1910.140 and 1926.502
The DBI/SALA 1003000 Cross Arm Strap provides a reusable tie-off anchor with dual D-rings for fall-arrest systems. Its 36 in length suits overhead beams and structural members where a fixed anchor is not available. The polyester webbing and steel D-ring meet ANSI Z359.18 and OSHA 1910.140 and 1926.502 requirements. Workers needing a certified anchor point for personal fall protection use this strap.
This passive webbing strap generates no heat, draws no power and produces no noise during normal use. Performance depends entirely on correct installation around a qualified structural anchor. A wear pad protects the webbing from abrasion at the contact point. Inspection before each use remains the only recurring requirement.
The sewn-on wear pad reduces cutting and abrasion where the strap bears against steel edges. Dual D-rings allow pass-through choker configuration without extra connectors. No additional hardware, software or cable is supplied with the strap. Users must supply a compatible lanyard or self-retracting lifeline rated for the same 310 lb capacity.

Wrap the 36 in polyester webbing around the anchorage, pass the D-ring end through the opposite loop to choke it tight, then clip your lanyard to the exposed D-ring; the step most users skip is pulling the webbing flat so the wear pad sits flush against the structure.
Check the 1 3/4 in webbing for cuts, abrasion or UV damage, verify the steel D-ring and stitching show no deformation or corrosion, and confirm the wear pad remains intact; remove the strap from service if any of these conditions appear.
The 310 lb weight capacity is the limiting factor; sustained loads at or above this value require immediate removal from service per ANSI Z359.18 and OSHA 1910.140 / 1926.502.
