CMOS Battery for ASUS Eee PC 1000H

This lithium CMOS battery replaces the BIOS RTC cell on ASUS Eee PC 1000H laptop motherboards. It restores system clock and BIOS settings when the original coin cell fails. The part is intended for repair technicians or owners comfortable opening a laptop chassis. It is not a main laptop battery and will not power the system for portable use.

Check motherboard layout before ordering

Verify that the existing CMOS cell on your Eee PC 1000H motherboard matches a standard lithium coin format and connector style. Confirm the laptop model number exactly, as other Eee PC variants may use different battery types or cable lengths. This item suits only the 1000H platform and will not fit unrelated models.

Low power draw and silent operation

The CMOS cell draws microamp-level current to maintain real-time clock and CMOS memory while the laptop is off. It generates no audible noise and adds negligible thermal load inside the chassis. Each unit is tested before shipping to ensure reliable voltage output for long service life.
