DBTLAP 6-wire CPU fan for ThinkPad X390

This replacement cooling fan is built for the Lenovo ThinkPad X390 and uses a six-wire connector that matches the original EG50040S1-1C020-S9A part. It arrives new and has been tested before shipping so it can be installed straight away. The single-fan package is intended for owners who need a direct swap for a worn or noisy unit.

Suits ThinkPad X390 owners replacing a failed fan

Buyers who need a different connector layout, a dual-fan assembly or a cooler for another laptop model should look elsewhere. The part is specific to the X390 chassis and will not fit machines with a different mounting pattern or wire count. Compatibility must be confirmed against the original component before ordering.

Direct-fit cooler restores stock airflow

The fan delivers the factory cooling capacity for the X390 processor and runs within the thermal envelope designed for that chassis. It handles typical workloads without extra headroom for overclocking or sustained heavy loads beyond the original specification. Installation returns the system to its intended thermal performance.

Questions about this item

Will this 6-wire fan fit my ThinkPad X390 without any extra parts?

The fan is a direct replacement for the original EG50040S1-1C020-S9A cooler in the ThinkPad X390; no additional brackets or cables are required.

Can I reuse the existing heatsink and thermal paste when installing this fan?

Yes, the fan mounts to the same heatsink assembly; clean the old paste and apply fresh compound for best thermal contact.

How do I confirm the fan is running correctly after I install it?

Power on the laptop and listen for the fan spin; then check the fan speed reading in the BIOS hardware monitor or Lenovo Vantage to verify it reports RPM.
