Questions about this item

Which Acer Chromebook model must I own for the AB06605HX050B00 fan to fit?

The fan is made for the Acer Chromebook c720, so that exact laptop model is required for proper installation.

Will the 5 V 0.50 A fan run from the c720's original motherboard header without an adapter?

Yes, the 5 V 0.50 A rating matches the c720's stock fan header, so the replacement connects directly and draws the same current.

How can I confirm the new fan is spinning correctly after I install it?

Power on the Chromebook; the fan should start quietly and you will feel steady airflow from the vent within seconds.
