Replacement CPU fan for Toshiba Satellite

This 4-pin cooling fan fits Toshiba Satellite C55DT, C55DT-A and C55T-A models. It is a new component supplied by DBTLAP and tested individually before dispatch. The part is aimed at owners of those specific laptops who need to replace a worn or noisy original cooler.

Straightforward swap with a visual check

Installation follows the standard laptop teardown for the listed chassis: remove the bottom cover, disconnect the old fan and fit the new unit using the existing 4-pin connector. The supplier advises comparing the replacement with your original fan before fitting because the manufacturer may vary between Forcecon, ADDA, Sunon, Kipo or others depending on stock.

Four-pin connector decides compatibility

The sole electrical interface is a 4-pin header that must match the motherboard socket on the target Satellite models. Buyers whose laptops use a different pin count or connector layout cannot use this cooler. No other specifications such as voltage or airflow are provided, so the pin arrangement is the only criterion to verify.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 4-pin CPU fan is running correctly after installing it in my Toshiba Satellite C55DT?

Power on the laptop and listen for the fan spinning; the system should report a stable RPM reading in BIOS or hardware-monitoring software, and CPU temperatures should stay within normal limits under load.

What comes in the package and do I need any extra parts to fit this cooler?

The box contains one 4-pin CPU cooling fan; no additional brackets, screws or cables are included, so reuse the original mounting hardware from your Satellite C55DT, C55DT-A or C55T-A.

Which manufacturer version of this fan should I choose for my Satellite C55T-A?

The fan may be sourced from Forcecon, ADDA, Sunon, Kipo or an equivalent maker depending on stock; all supplied units are tested to the same 100 % working standard, so any version received will fit the listed models.
