DBTLAP CPU Fan for Acer E1-422/430/432/470/472/522 23.10769.001

Replacement CPU Fan for Acer E1 Series

This new DBTLAP cooling fan replaces the original cooler in Acer E1-422, E1-430, E1-432, E1-470, E1-472 and E1-522 laptops. It matches part numbers 23.10769.001 and DFS531005PL0T for direct compatibility. The unit is tested before shipping to confirm function. Buyers should verify the photos against their existing fan before ordering.

Installation Requirements and Clearance

The fan installs inside the laptop chassis using the existing mounting points and connector. No extra brackets, thermal pads or cables are required beyond what the original assembly provides. Replacing a worn cooler restores proper airflow over the heatsink and frees the system from thermal throttling. This part is not suitable for other Acer ranges or desktop builds.

Sustained Operation Behaviour

Under continuous load the replacement maintains steady rpm to keep the processor within its thermal limits. Each unit is bench tested to spin smoothly without rattling or stalling during extended sessions. The design mirrors the factory specification so acoustic levels stay consistent over time. It is not intended for overclocked configurations that exceed stock cooling capacity.
