Replacement Fan for MSI GT72 Series

This replacement CPU cooling fan fits MSI MS-1781 and MS-1782 chassis used in GT72, GT72S and GT72VR Dominator Pro laptops. It matches the original PABD19735BM specification and draws .65A during operation. Each unit is tested before dispatch to confirm 100 percent function.

Practical Limits of Direct Replacement

The fan is a mechanical drop-in part with a fixed connector and mounting pattern that only suit the listed MSI models. It cannot adapt to other chassis, different pin layouts or alternative voltage requirements. Installing it in an incompatible system will prevent proper seating or electrical contact.

Verify Your Existing Setup Before Ordering

Confirm the service tag shows MS-1781 or MS-1782 and that the original fan carries the PABD19735BM label. Check the connector orientation and screw-hole spacing against the product photos to ensure an exact match. This part does not support other laptop series or custom cooling assemblies.

Questions about this item

Which fan matches my MSI GT72 or GT72VR model?

This cooler fits MS-1781, MS-1782, GT72, GT72S, GT72VR, 6RE, 6RD, 7RE and 7RD Dominator Pro laptops; compare the PABD19735BM code on your original fan before ordering.

What does the 0.65A rating mean once the fan is installed?

The 0.65A current draw shows the power the motor needs from the motherboard header; your laptop must supply at least that much on the fan connector for full speed.

Which connector standard does the PABD19735BM use and what does it limit?

The fan uses the proprietary PABD19735BM plug found on MSI Dominator Pro boards; it carries power and tachometer signals, so speed control is limited to what that header provides.
