Replacement CPU Fan for Samsung Ultrabooks

This new DBTLAP cooler replaces the original BA31-00125A and BA31-00125C fans in Samsung 530U3C, 532U3C, 535U3C, 540U3C and 542U3X series notebooks. It is intended for owners whose existing fan has failed or become noisy. Buyers needing a cooling pad that sits under the laptop will not find that function here.

Direct swap for internal cooling assembly

The unit installs inside the chassis using the existing mounting points and connector, requiring no extra cables or brackets. It restores active airflow over the heatsink without occupying a USB port or adding external bulk. Builders looking for a second fan for a dual-fan layout cannot use this single-unit package.

Tested unit draws standard laptop fan power

Each fan is tested before shipping to confirm 100% operation at the voltage supplied by the motherboard header. Acoustic output matches the original specification for quiet office use. Users expecting PWM speed curves or RPM figures not published by the supplier will not find them in this listing.

Questions about this item

What thermal limit triggers throttling during sustained loads?

The fan maintains safe CPU temperatures under continuous workloads by drawing heat away from the heatsink; exact throttle points depend on the laptop firmware.

How much noise and heat does the fan produce when running all day?

The replacement fan spins at the original speed profile, so acoustic output and exhaust temperature match the factory unit under identical load conditions.

Which connector must the laptop already have for this fan to work?

The fan uses the standard 4-pin PWM header found on Samsung 530U3C, 532U3C, 535U3C, 540U3C and 542U3X motherboards.
