Replacement Fan for EGC-81090V1 and EGC-84090V1

This 5V 2.5W cooling fan replaces the original CPU and GPU heatsink fan in compatible laptops. It is intended for owners of the EGC-81090V1-0AH or EGC-84090V1-0AH assemblies who need a direct swap. The unit is new and tested before shipping.

Single Fan Unit Without Mounting Hardware

The package includes only the fan itself. No screws, brackets, cables or thermal compound are supplied. Buyers must reuse the existing mounting hardware from the old assembly. The lack of extra parts keeps the package light but requires careful transfer of the original fixings.

Verify Part Numbers and Photos Before Ordering

Check the photos against your current fan to confirm the connector, shape and screw positions match. The supplier advises sending your laptop model number if you are unsure. Only order when the part number matches exactly to avoid fitment issues.

Questions about this item

How often will the 5V 0.5A fan need replacement under continuous laptop cooling use?

The fan is tested before shipping and intended as a direct replacement for the original heatsink fan; lifespan depends on operating environment and dust buildup.

What thermal limit appears first when the 2.5W cooler runs at full speed for hours?

The 5V 0.5A power rating caps sustained airflow, so the motor's thermal ceiling is reached before the heatsink saturates.

How loud and hot does the 5V 2.5W fan get during all-day operation?

At 5V and 0.5A the unit draws 2.5W, producing low acoustic output and modest heat rise typical of laptop internal coolers.
