Replacement GPU fan for CLEVO laptops

This new DBTLAP cooling fan fits CLEVO NP50DE NP55DE NP55DB NP50D5 models using part number DFS5K22115572G FMN9. It is intended for owners replacing a worn or noisy original GPU cooler. Each unit is tested before shipping and the listing photos show the exact item supplied.

DC 5 V 0.5 A operation for quiet cooling

The fan runs on a five volt supply drawing half an amp, matching the laptop’s original power budget. This low current keeps electrical noise minimal while providing steady airflow across the graphics heatsink during everyday workloads.

Tested reliability for sustained thermal loads

Every fan is bench tested to confirm consistent rotation under continuous use rather than only at startup. The verified part number ensures the mounting points and connector align perfectly, preventing vibration or airflow loss during extended gaming or rendering sessions.

Questions about this item

How do I install the DBTLAP GPU cooling fan in my CLEVO NP55DE and which step is often missed?

Disconnect the battery, remove the bottom cover, unplug the old fan cable, swap the fan, reconnect the cable, and verify the connector clicks fully — many forget to reseat the cable firmly.

What maintenance will this DC5V 0.5A fan need over time?

Clean dust from the blades and heatsink fins every few months with compressed air; the sleeve bearing is not user-lubricated, so replace the unit if noise or vibration appears.

What limit appears first when this fan runs continuously at full load?

The 0.5 A current rating caps sustained airflow; if the GPU thermal load exceeds what this fan can move, temperatures will climb until the system throttles.
