Replacement heatsink fan for Dell desktops

This heatsink fan replaces the original cooling assembly in Dell Precision T1700 and OptiPlex 3020, 7020 and 9020 towers. It is built for owners who need a direct swap after a bearing failure or noise issue. The part matches the RD6XX and 0RD6XX part numbers used in those chassis. Each unit is tested before it leaves the supplier.

Upgrade from a worn or noisy stock cooler

The component substitutes a factory cooler that has developed rattling, reduced airflow or complete stoppage. The jump is worth it when the system throttles under load or shuts down from overheating. It restores the thermal envelope the workstation was designed for without changing mounting points or wiring.

Limits of the proprietary Dell mounting pattern

The cooler fits only the listed Precision and OptiPlex models that share the same heatsink bracket and fan connector. Builders using other Dell towers, small-form-factor cases or non-Dell boards cannot reuse this assembly. Compatibility must be verified against the exact part number before purchase.
