Replacement CPU Fan for HP Pavilion x360 15-ER

This new DBTLAP cooling fan replaces the original CPU cooler in compatible HP Pavilion x360 15-ER and 15T-ER laptops. It matches part number M45131-001 and fits models such as 15-ER1047nr, 15-ER0008, TPN-W147, 15-ER0125OD, 15-ER0056CL and 15-ER0155NG. The package contains one tested fan unit.

Straightforward Swap with Visual Verification

Installation follows the standard laptop disassembly process for this chassis; remove the bottom cover, disconnect the old fan cable and fit the new unit. The supplier advises checking the product photos against your existing cooler before ordering and confirming the exact model number if uncertain. Each fan is tested before shipping to reduce the chance of a dead-on-arrival part.

Exact Part-Number Match Decides Fit

Compatibility hinges on the M45131-001 part number and the listed model variants; laptops outside this specific HP Pavilion x360 15-ER series will not accept this cooler. Buyers who need a fan for a different HP series or a larger chassis cannot use this part.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the DBTLAP cooling fan is running correctly after installing it in my HP Pavilion x360 15-ER?

Power on the laptop and listen for the fan spinning near the vent; the system should stay cool under load and the BIOS hardware monitor should report a valid RPM reading for the CPU fan.

What comes in the package with the M45131-001 fan and do I need any extra screws or cables?

The box contains one cooling fan only; mounting screws and the power cable are reused from the original fan removed from the laptop.

Which part number matches my HP Pavilion x360 15-ER — the 15-ER0008, 15-ER0125OD, 15-ER1047nr or another listed model?

Compare the M45131-001 number printed on your existing fan with the list; if it matches exactly, this unit fits your specific 15-ER sub-model.
