Replacement fan for Portege Z830 series

This DBTLAP cooling fan is a direct replacement for the Toshiba Portege Z830-BT8300, Z830-S8301 and Z830-SP3245L models. It uses a four-pin connector to match the original motherboard header. The part is designed for owners of these specific ultraportables who need to restore cooling performance after a failure or noise issue.

Tested unit with manufacturer variability

Each fan is tested individually before dispatch to confirm it spins correctly. The supplier notes that units may come from Forcecon, ADDA, Sunon, Kipo or other manufacturers depending on stock, so the exact label may differ from the product photos. A nine-month warranty is provided by the supplier against early failure.

Cooling restoration for compatible ultraportables

The fan restores the original thermal capacity for the listed Portege Z830 models, handling the heat load those chassis were designed for. It will not fit other laptop series or desktop builds, and buyers with different part numbers should verify compatibility before ordering.

Questions about this item

How often will the 4-pin fan need replacement under normal use?

The fan is tested individually before shipping and carries a 9-month warranty from the supplier.

What thermal limit appears first when the Portege Z830 runs at full load for hours?

The single 4-pin cooler handles the CPU exhaust path; sustained loads will hit the fan's maximum RPM before the heatsink saturates.

How much noise and heat does the Forcecon or ADDA fan add during all-day operation?

The replacement fan matches the original 4-pin specification, so acoustic and thermal output stays at factory levels for the Z830 series.
