This new replacement CPU fan fits Acer Aspire S3-391 and S3-951 ultrabooks. It matches the SUNON EG50050V1-C010-S9A specification with a .4A 4-pin connector. Each unit is tested before shipping to ensure it works correctly. The package includes one fan ready for installation.

For Owners of Specific Acer Ultrabooks

This part suits owners of the listed Acer Aspire S3 models needing a direct cooling replacement. It is not for users with different laptop series or different fan connectors. Buyers who need a complete cooling pad assembly should look elsewhere. Verify the part number against your original component before ordering.

.4A 4-Pin Connector Specification

The .4A 4-pin connector is the critical specification that determines compatibility. It must match the original fan header on the motherboard exactly. An incorrect pin count or current rating will prevent the fan from functioning. Check your original fan label for EG50050V1-C010-S9A to confirm the match.

Questions about this item

Does this fan need a 4-pin header on the motherboard?

Yes, the fan uses a 4-pin connector that plugs directly into the matching header on the Acer Aspire S3-391 or S3-951 motherboard.

Will this replacement fit the original SUNON EG50050V1-C010-S9A mounting points?

The fan is built to match the SUNON EG50050V1-C010-S9A form factor, so the screw holes and airflow direction line up with the existing chassis.

How can I confirm the 0.4 A fan is spinning correctly after installation?

Enter the BIOS hardware monitor or use a Windows utility to verify the CPU fan RPM reads above zero and rises under load.
