Replacement CPU fan for Aspire 4830

This new DBTLAP cooling fan fits Acer Aspire 4830, 4830G, 4830T and 4830TG laptops. It is designed as a direct replacement for the original CPU cooler when that part fails or becomes noisy. Each unit is tested before shipping to confirm it spins correctly. The package contains one fan only.

Tested unit with nine month cover

Every fan is checked individually so it arrives ready to install without further verification. A nine month warranty is included by the supplier, giving protection against early failure. Buyers are advised to compare the product photos with the existing fan before ordering to avoid mismatches.

Manufacturer may vary by stock

The fans are sourced from Forcecon, ADDA, Sunon, Kipo or equivalent manufacturers depending on current inventory. You will receive a unit from one of these makers, not a specific brand you can choose. This variability does not affect fitment for the listed Aspire 4830 models.

Questions about this item

Will the fan need replacement after the 9-month warranty ends?

The supplier tests each fan before shipping and backs it with a 9-month warranty; after that period normal bearing wear will eventually require a new fan.

What limits continuous cooling performance on the Acer Aspire 4830?

The single-fan design moves a fixed volume of air, so sustained heavy loads are limited by that airflow capacity rather than by a stated thermal threshold.

How much noise and heat does the fan add when running all day?

Noise and heat output depend on which manufacturer — Forcecon, ADDA, Sunon or Kipo — supplied the unit, as the supplier ships from mixed stock.
