Questions about this item

How do I install the DBTLAP cooling fan in my Lenovo Legion 5 15ARH7 and what step is commonly missed?

Disconnect the battery, remove the bottom cover, unplug the old fan cable from the motherboard header, swap the fan, then reconnect the cable before reassembling; the step often missed is reconnecting the fan power cable.

What maintenance or replacement will this DFS5K22305283A fan need over time?

Clean dust from the blades and heatsink fins every few months with compressed air; if bearing noise appears or airflow drops, replace the fan unit.

What limit appears first when this 5V .5A cooler runs continuously under heavy load?

The 0.5 A current ceiling caps maximum RPM, so sustained loads hit the fan's speed limit before thermal throttling occurs.
