Compatible fan for Asus Zenbook UX21 series

This replacement CPU cooler fits Asus Zenbook UX21, UX21E and UX21EP ultrabooks. It matches part numbers DC28000BUDS, KDB05105HB-BM55 and 13GNJ010P030-1. Each unit is tested individually before dispatch to confirm 100 per cent operation.

Suitable for owners of the listed models only

Buyers with any other laptop series or different Asus chassis should not purchase this cooler. The connector and mounting pattern are specific to the UX21 family and will not align with other devices.

Part-number match is the deciding factor

Verify that the original fan carries DC28000BUDS, KDB05105HB-BM55 or 13GNJ010P030-1 before ordering. A correct part-number match confirms fit; a mismatch means the cooler will not install.

Questions about this item

How much power does the DC28000BUDS fan draw when running continuously?

The DC28000BUDS fan operates on standard laptop 5 V power and draws a low current typical for ultrabook cooling modules, so it adds minimal load to the Zenbook UX21 power budget.

What connector must the Asus Zenbook UX21 motherboard provide for this KDB05105HB-BM55 replacement fan?

The KDB05105HB-BM55 uses the original 4-pin PWM connector found on the UX21, UX21E and UX21EP motherboards, so no adapter or soldering is required.

Will the 13GNJ010P030-1 fan fit the existing heatsink screw holes on a Zenbook UX21EP?

Yes, the 13GNJ010P030-1 matches the OEM mounting pattern and screw spacing used on the Zenbook UX21, UX21E and UX21EP heatsinks.
