Replacement CPU fan for Acer VN7-591G

This new DBTLAP cooling fan replaces the original CPU cooler in Acer Aspire VN7 Nitro VN7-591 and VN7-591G laptops. It matches part numbers AB07505HX070B00 and 00CWH860 for direct fitment. Each unit is tested before shipping to confirm 100% operation.

Sustained cooling under continuous load

The fan maintains airflow during extended sessions such as rendering, compiling or gaming so the processor stays within its thermal envelope. Consistent rotation prevents throttle points that appear only after several minutes of full utilisation. Builders who need a second fan for a dual-fan chassis cannot use this single-fan kit.

Tested thermals and power behaviour

Pre-shipment testing verifies that the motor spins up cleanly and draws normal current without rattling or vibration. Acoustic output stays at the level expected for the original Forcecon, ADDA, Sunon or Kipo unit supplied from stock. Buyers who want a lower-noise aftermarket design with a different bearing type will not find that option here.

Questions about this item

Does the replacement fan run quietly during extended gaming sessions?

The fan is tested individually before shipping to confirm 100 percent operation, so it should maintain consistent airflow without developing bearing noise over long periods.

Which original part numbers must match for this fan to fit my VN7-591G?

Verify that your current cooler carries either AB07505HX070B00 or 00CWH860, as those are the exact references this unit replaces.

Will the existing motherboard header on my VN7-591G power this fan without an adapter?

Yes, the connector matches the factory header used on the VN7-591 and VN7-591G models, so no additional cable or converter is required.
