Direct replacement fan

This 80 mm cooler is a direct replacement for the MSI PLD06010S12L heatsink assembly. It targets owners of compatible laptops or router boards who need to swap a worn or noisy original unit. Each fan is tested before shipping and the listing advises verifying the part number and photos against the old component.

80 mm aperture capacity

The 80 mm aperture matches the original heatsink footprint, providing the same airflow envelope the system was designed for. It handles the thermal load of the supported MSI and router platforms without additional headroom beyond the factory specification. Buyers needing higher static pressure or a larger frame will not find it here.

Tested unit, standard power

Every unit ships pre‑tested to confirm spin‑up and rotational stability at the rated 12 V input. Noise and power draw remain consistent with the original equipment profile for the supported platforms. No supplemental cooling features or speed‑control circuitry are included beyond the factory design.

Questions about this item

Will this 80 mm fan fit the heatsink on my older MSI laptop?

The fan is built for the MSI PLD06010S12L heatsink with an 80 mm aperture, so it matches that specific mounting pattern.

How can I confirm the fan is running correctly after I install it?

Each unit is tested before shipping; once fitted, you should hear steady airflow and see the blades spinning at the rated 12 V.

Does the package include mounting screws or a power cable, or must I buy them separately?

The box contains only the 1 x fan; any screws, cables or brackets needed for your laptop must be sourced separately.
