Replacement CPU Cooling Fan

This DBTLAP fan replaces the SUNON EG50050S1-C570-S9A cooler in compatible laptops. It operates at DC5V with a 2.25W power draw. The package includes one fan unit. Buyers should verify the part number against the original component before ordering.

Thermals and Power Draw

The fan runs on a 5 V supply and consumes 2.25 W during normal operation. It is designed to maintain CPU temperatures within the laptop's original thermal envelope. No additional power connectors or control software are required beyond the standard motherboard header.

Build Integration

This cooler fits directly into the laptop's existing fan mounting points and connects to the stock header. It frees up no extra space inside the chassis and requires no modifications to heat pipes or shrouds. It is not suitable for desktop builds or laptops using a different fan model.

Questions about this item

How do I install the SUNON EG50050S1-C570-S9A fan and what step is often missed?

Replace the old CPU cooling fan with this DC5V 2.25W unit, matching the K5B10H part number; the step often missed is verifying the connector and screw layout against the photos before fitting.

What maintenance or replacement will this cooling fan need later?

The fan is a moving part rated for continuous operation; expect to replace it when bearing noise appears or airflow drops, typically after several years of daily laptop use.

What limit appears first on this fan under sustained load?

The 2.25W power draw sets the thermal ceiling; prolonged 100% duty can hit the motor's thermal limit, causing speed throttling before the laptop CPU does.
