4U Shock Mount Amplifier Accessory

The Deejay LED TBH4UADSM21 is a 4U shock-mount amplifier accessory built for handheld PC and personal digital assistant setups. It provides vibration isolation for amplifier components installed in standard 4U rack spaces. This item suits technicians and integrators who need to protect sensitive audio electronics from mechanical shock in portable or mobile racks.

Replaces Ricoh 841346 Part

This accessory replaces the Ricoh component numbered 841346, offering a direct mechanical substitute for that legacy part. The upgrade is worth it when existing shock mounts have fatigued or when a rack rebuild demands fresh isolation hardware. Installation restores the original damping performance without modifying the rack frame.

Verify 4U Rack Space and Amplifier Fit

Before ordering, confirm the target rack provides a 4U aperture and that the amplifier chassis dimensions match the mount’s hole pattern. Check that the replacement part number 30000 aligns with your service documentation. No other interface or electrical specification applies to this mechanical accessory.

The unit fits a standard 4U rack opening, using the full 4U height for the shock-mount frame.

How is the amplifier secured inside the shock-mount frame?

Fasten the amplifier to the inner rails with the supplied screws, then tighten the outer frame bolts so the suspension isolates vibration.

Which parts may need replacement after extended touring use?

The rubber isolation grommets and mounting screws can wear; keep spares matching the original hardware.
