Delkin USB 3.2 Dual-Slot Card Reader
The Delkin USB 3.2 card reader accepts CFexpress Type B and SD UHS-II media through a single USB-C 10 Gb/s connection. It also reads CompactFlash, CFast 2.0 and microSD cards, making it a broad-format ingest tool for creative professionals. A rubberised end cover protects the ports and stores the two supplied cables when not in use.
For multi-format shooters, not single-card users
Photographers and videographers who move between CFexpress Type B, SD UHS-II and legacy cards gain one reader that handles every format. The 500 MB/s transfer ceiling suits 8K, 4K and high-bitrate RAW workflows. Users who only ever offload from one card type, or who need a different host interface, will not benefit from the extra versatility this reader provides.
USB 3.2 10 Gb/s host interface
The USB 3.2 Type-C link delivers up to 10 Gb/s bandwidth, which is the single specification that determines whether the reader can sustain the 500 MB/s card speeds. Both USB-C to C and USB-C to A cables are included so the reader works with modern and older ports alike.

Questions about this item
Does the USB-C port or the rubberized cover wear out from daily card swaps?
The reader has no moving parts inside the USB-C port, so normal insertions do not degrade the connection; the rubberized end cover protects the port when not in use.
What limits sustained transfer speed when offloading 8K footage?
The USB 3.2 10 Gb/s interface caps throughput at 500 MB/s, so the bus becomes the bottleneck before the CFexpress Type B or SD UHS-II media.
How hot or loud does the reader get during an all-day ingest session?
The aluminium body acts as a passive heatsink; with no fan it stays silent and only warm to the touch even during continuous 500 MB/s transfers.
