15.6" FHD Touchscreen Laptop

The Dell 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen laptop is built for home and personal use with a 10-core Intel Core i7 1355U processor, 32GB DDR5 memory and a 1024GB SSD. It runs Windows 11 Home and includes Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics. The non-backlit keyboard and standard styling suit everyday productivity.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The 10-core 1355U operates at a 1.2 GHz base clock and can reach 5.0 GHz turbo speeds for short bursts, while Intel Iris Xe graphics share system memory. Under prolonged workloads the integrated thermal solution manages heat within the 0.75-inch chassis, so performance settles at levels consistent with a 15-watt class ultraportable rather than a high-power design.

32GB DDR5 Memory Decides Fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the 32GB DDR5 memory, which is soldered and not upgradeable. Buyers who need more memory capacity or user-replaceable modules should look elsewhere, as this configuration is fixed at the factory.

Questions about this item

How loud or hot does the 10-core i7-1355U get when it runs at 5.0 GHz Turbo for long periods?

The 10-core Intel Core i7-1355U has a 1.2 GHz base clock and can reach 5.0 GHz Turbo; actual noise and heat depend on the laptop's cooling design and workload.

Which peripherals or cables must I already own to use the single HDMI 1.4 and USB-C 3.2 ports for an external display?

You need an HDMI cable for the HDMI 1.4 port or a USB-C video adapter or cable that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode for the USB-C 3.2 port.

Can I keep using my older USB-A 2.0 flash drives and USB-A 3.2 hard drives with the two USB-A ports on this laptop?

Yes, the laptop provides one USB-A 3.2 port and one USB-A 2.0 port, both backward-compatible with older USB-A drives.
