Replacement touch display for Inspiron

This 15.6-inch WXGA touch screen replaces part numbers B156XTK01.0 and K2V59 on Dell Inspiron 3552, 3555, 3558, 3565, 3567 and Latitude 3570, 3580, 3590 models. It delivers a 1366 by 768 resolution through a 40-pin connector. The panel is supplied new and ready for installation.

Matte black finish reduces glare during extended

The LED backlight maintains consistent brightness across the 15.6-inch surface without the flicker that can cause fatigue over long periods. Touch response remains stable during continuous input, and the WXGA resolution keeps text legible for productivity tasks. No driver installation is required beyond the standard Windows HID stack.

Straightforward 40-pin swap for experienced

Installation involves removing the bezel, disconnecting the original 40-pin cable, and connecting the new panel in its place. The connector keying prevents misalignment, but the ribbon cable is fragile — creasing it during reassembly is the most common cause of dead pixels or intermittent touch. Buyers without laptop disassembly experience should seek professional fitting.

Questions about this item

How much power does the 15.6" WXGA touch screen draw during all-day use?

The replacement panel is a passive display component; it consumes power only through the laptop's existing backlight and touch controller, adding no separate heat or noise.

Which connector and mounting points must the laptop already have for this K2V59 screen to fit?

The screen uses a 40-pin video connector and matches the chassis screw locations on Dell Inspiron 3552, 3555, 3558, 3565, 3567 and Latitude 3570, 3580, 3590 models.

Will the 1366x768 resolution and 40-pin interface work with the original graphics on a Latitude 3570?

Yes, the panel replicates the factory B156XTK01.0 specification, so the existing GPU and cable drive it at native WXGA without configuration changes.
