Questions about this item

Can the 8 GB DDR4 memory be upgraded later if I need more capacity?

The laptop supports up to 32 GB of DDR4 4267 MHz memory, so the installed 8 GB can be replaced with larger modules when required.

What limits sustained performance first — the 4-core i5-1145G7 or the integrated Iris Xe graphics?

The 4-core processor with a 4.4 GHz turbo frequency and 8 MB smart cache will reach its thermal ceiling before the integrated graphics becomes the bottleneck during prolonged workloads.

How loud and hot does the 14.0" FHD chassis get when the CPU runs at 4.4 GHz all day?

Under continuous load the cooling system keeps the 4-core CPU within its thermal envelope, producing moderate fan noise and surface warmth typical for a 14-inch business notebook.
