14-inch convertible with touchscreen

The Dell Latitude 7450 is a 14-inch 2-in-1 laptop built around an Intel Core Ultra 7 165U processor that reaches 4.9 GHz across 12 cores. It pairs 16 GB of DDR5 memory with a 1 TB NVMe solid-state drive and runs Windows 11 Pro out of the box. The Full HD touch display supports pen and finger input for flexible interaction.

Professionals needing a single adaptable device

This convertible suits mobile workers who switch between laptop and tablet modes during the day, thanks to its touchscreen, backlit keyboard and Thunderbolt 4 connectivity. Buyers who want a dedicated graphics card for heavy rendering or gaming should look at something else, as the system relies on integrated Intel UHD Graphics only.

12-core Intel Core Ultra 7 165U processor

The 12-core CPU with a 4.9 GHz turbo frequency determines whether this unit can handle your workload. It targets business multitasking and AI-assisted tasks through its hybrid architecture. If your applications demand sustained high clock speeds on all cores or discrete GPU acceleration, this processor will not meet that requirement.

Questions about this item

Does the 14" FHD touchscreen need a separate stylus for pen input?

The 14" FHD touch display supports finger touch; an active pen is not included and must be purchased separately if you want pressure-sensitive inking.

Will the Thunderbolt 4 ports work with my older USB-C dock that only supports USB 3.1?

Yes, Thunderbolt 4 is backward compatible with USB-C 3.1 docks, so your existing dock will connect and pass video, data and power at its rated speeds.

How can I confirm the Core Ultra 7 165U is hitting its 4.9 GHz turbo after setup?

Open Task Manager's Performance tab or a tool like HWMonitor and watch the clock speed rise to 4.9 GHz during a short, heavy single-thread load.
