Dell Latitude 7530 15.6-inch business laptop

This Dell Latitude 7530 is a 15.6-inch business laptop built for professionals who need a reliable daily driver. It runs on an Intel Core i5-1245U 10-core processor with a 1.60 GHz base frequency. The system includes 16 GB of on-board memory and a 256 GB SSD. The carbon-fibre chassis keeps the device light without sacrificing rigidity.

Full HD 1920 x 1080 display and carbon-fibre build

The 15.6-inch panel delivers a Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution for clear text and spreadsheets. Carbon-fibre construction resists flex during travel and helps the laptop survive frequent open-close cycles. On-board memory means the 16 GB capacity is fixed, so buyers who want more storage or user-upgradeable RAM should look elsewhere.

Upgrade from older Latitude 7000 models

Moving from an earlier Latitude 7000 series brings the 12th-generation 10-core architecture and faster storage response. The jump is worth it when your current notebook struggles with multitasking or boot times. Buyers who need a second discrete graphics card or a larger screen diagonal will not find those options here.

Questions about this item

What display interface and resolution does the 15.6" panel use?

The 15.6-inch screen delivers a 1920 x 1080 Full HD picture through the embedded display interface built into the Intel Core i5-1245U processor.

What physical drive slot does the 256 GB SSD occupy?

The 256 GB solid-state drive sits in the single internal M.2 slot inside the carbon-fibre chassis.

How is the 16 GB of memory installed, and what mistake should I avoid?

All 16 GB are soldered on-board; there are no SO-DIMM slots, so do not buy extra sticks expecting to upgrade later.
