Alienware Aurora ACT1250 Gaming Desktop

The Alienware Aurora ACT1250 is a tower gaming desktop built around a 15th Gen Intel Core Ultra 7 265F processor with 20 cores and 30MB cache. It pairs that CPU with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card carrying 12GB GDDR7 memory. The system includes 32GB DDR5 RAM, a 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD and a 1TB hard drive. Windows 11 Home 64-bit is pre-installed.

Suits 1440p gaming and VR.

This desktop suits players targeting 1440p gaming and VR experiences thanks to the RTX 5070 12GB card and 32GB DDR5. The 500W power supply supports the factory configuration. Buyers who want more onboard solid-state capacity than the 256GB boot drive provides should look at systems with larger NVMe volumes.

256GB PCIe NVMe SSD + 1TB HDD storage split

The single specification that decides fit is the dual-drive layout: a 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD for the operating system and key titles plus a 1TB hard drive for bulk files. If your game library or media archive exceeds the SSD space, you will manage installs across two volumes or add storage later.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the ACT1250 with the 256GB PCIe SSD plus 1TB HDD or look for a larger single drive?

The 256GB NVMe drive holds the OS and key games for fast boot and load times while the 1TB HDD stores larger media libraries; together they give both speed and capacity without extra cost.

What does the RTX 5070 12GB GDDR7 actually deliver in games at 1440p?

The 12GB GDDR7 frame buffer and GPU core handle modern titles at 1440p high settings with headroom for ray-traced effects and high refresh rates.

Which Wi-Fi and Bluetooth versions does the system use and what speeds can I expect?

It ships with 802.11be Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.4, providing multi-gigabit wireless throughput and low-latency peripheral connections.
