15.6-inch Alienware m15 R4 laptop for gamers

The Dell Alienware m15 R4 is a 15.6-inch laptop built around an eight-core Intel Core i7-10870H processor that reaches 5.0 GHz with Turbo Boost. It pairs 32GB of memory with a 512GB SSD and a dedicated GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU driving a 1920 x 1080 FHD non-touch display. Windows 10 Pro comes pre-installed on this new gray system.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This machine suits buyers who need a portable 15.6-inch platform with eight cores, 32GB of RAM and an RTX 3080 class GPU for gaming or content work. It is not for buyers who want a touchscreen, an OLED panel, more than 512GB of internal storage, or a larger 17-inch chassis.

Thunderbolt 3 port and Graphics Amplifier support

A single Thunderbolt 3 port and a dedicated Alienware Graphics Amplifier port provide the only paths to external GPU expansion. The laptop also includes two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one with PowerShare, plus HDMI 2.1b and Mini DisplayPort 1.4 outputs for external displays.
