Alienware X17 R1 17.3 inch 360Hz laptop

The Alienware X17 R1 is a 17.3 inch laptop built around a 360Hz Full HD panel and an Intel Core i7 11800H processor with eight cores. It carries a dedicated GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory and ships with Windows 11 Home. The white chassis targets gamers and creators who want high refresh rates in a portable form factor.

Sustained load on i7 11800H and RTX 3070

The eight core processor runs at a 2.3 base frequency and can reach 4.6 with Turbo Boost during extended sessions. The RTX 3070 laptop GPU delivers consistent frame output in demanding titles thanks to its 8GB GDDR6 buffer. Thermal design keeps clocks stable across long gaming or rendering workloads without heavy throttling.

Thermals noise and power in normal use

Alienware cooling architecture manages heat from the CPU and GPU while keeping fan noise at a moderate level during typical play. Power draw scales with the 360Hz display and discrete graphics but remains within the system's rated adapter capacity. Surface temperatures stay comfortable for keyboard and palm rest areas in everyday scenarios.
