Alienware X17 R2 2-in-1 laptop

The Dell Alienware X17 R2 is a 2-in-1 laptop built around a 17.3-inch FHD display and a 14-core Intel Core i9-12900H processor that reaches 5.0 GHz with Turbo Boost. It pairs an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU with 16 GB of memory and a 512 GB SSD, running Windows 11 Home. The Legend 2.0 chassis includes AlienFX RGB lighting and a stain-resistant finish.

Gamers and creators needing convertible flexibility

This machine suits users who want a convertible design with high-end mobile graphics and a 14-core CPU for demanding titles or content workloads. Buyers who need a touchscreen panel should look elsewhere because the 1920 x 1080 display is non-touch. The single 512 GB drive also limits local storage for large game libraries or media projects.

14-core i9-12900H at 5.0 GHz turbo

The processor’s 14 cores and 5.0 GHz maximum turbo frequency define the performance ceiling for both gaming and multi-threaded applications. This specification determines whether the system meets the compute demands of your workload before you consider the GPU or memory configuration.
