Genuine DMD Chip for Acer P1283 Projector

This replacement DMD chip is manufactured for the Acer P1283 projector. It restores the imaging engine so the unit can project a clear picture again. The component is supplied new and has been tested at least three times to confirm no dead pixels are present.

Replaces a Failed or Degraded Imaging Chip

Install this part when the existing DMD chip in the Acer P1283 develops stuck pixels, colour artifacts or a dimming image. The upgrade is worth it when the projector optics and lamp are still serviceable but the light engine no longer produces a clean picture.

Fits Directly Into the Acer P1283 Light Engine

The chip seats inside the projector's existing optical block, requiring no changes to lenses, colour wheel or power supply. Replacing only the DMD frees the owner from sourcing a complete light-engine assembly and returns the projector to working order.
