Genuine OEM DMD chip for Acer P1341W

This genuine OEM DMD chip is built for the Acer P1341W projector. It replaces a failed or degraded light engine to restore a clear picture. Installers and repair technicians use it to return the unit to service quickly. The part arrives new and ready for installation.

Tested three times for dead-pixel performance

Each chip undergoes at least three test cycles to confirm a clean image with no dead pixels before it ships. This repeated validation helps the projector maintain consistent output during extended presentations or classroom sessions. Sustained operation stays stable because defective mirrors are removed at the factory level.

Confirm the exact projector model before ordering

Verify that your unit is the Acer P1341W; other models use different DMD assemblies and will not accept this chip. Check that you have the disassembly skill or a qualified technician to perform the swap safely. The listing covers the chip only, so ensure any required tools or adhesive are available separately.

Questions about this item

Does the DMD chip generate extra heat or noise when the Acer P1341W runs all day?

The chip itself is a passive optical component; it adds no fan noise or measurable heat beyond the projector’s normal operation.

What must I already own to install this DMD chip in my Acer P1341W?

You need the Acer P1341W projector, a clean workspace, basic screwdrivers and anti-static precautions for the delicate optical block.

Will this DMD chip work alongside the original lamp and colour wheel I plan to keep?

Yes — the chip is a direct OEM replacement for the P1341W and functions with the existing lamp, colour wheel and optics without modification.
