Genuine DMD DLP Chip for 3580 Series

This genuine OEM replacement chip restores clear projection on compatible Dell projectors using the 3580 DMD DLP assembly. It is intended for technicians or owners servicing a unit that exhibits dead pixels or image degradation.

Tested for sustained projection reliability

Each chip undergoes extensive testing at least three times to verify a clear image with no dead pixels before dispatch. This validation focuses on steady-state operation rather than a brief power-on check, supporting consistent performance during extended use.

Direct component swap for DLP light engine

The part replaces the DMD chip inside the projector's optical engine and does not alter the device's native resolution, brightness or connectivity standards. Buyers who need a complete optical block, a different chip format or a projector with alternative display technology will not be served by this component.

Questions about this item

Does the chip generate extra heat or fan noise when the projector runs continuously?

The replacement chip is a passive DMD component; it adds no active cooling load and does not change the projector's thermal profile.

What existing projector model is required for this DMD chip to function?

It is designed as a direct replacement for the Sharp D3580XA projector.

Will the chip work correctly with the original D3580XA optics and colour wheel?

Yes, it is an OEM-spec DMD tested at least three times to project a clear image with no dead pixels alongside the existing optical assembly.
