Dell Essential Sleeve for 15" Notebook

The Dell ES-SV-15-20 is a new carrying case designed to fit most 15 inch laptops. It serves professionals and students who need a dedicated sleeve for daily transport. The product functions as a protective layer against everyday wear and tear.

Shock-absorbing lining

A shock-absorbing inner lining cushions the device during sustained movement such as commuting or travel. A hard rubberized outer shell resists abrasion from repeated contact with bag contents or surfaces. The raised bezel continuously shields the screen when the sleeve rests face down on desks or tables.

Slip-in installation with full port access

The sleeve uses a simple slip-in design that requires no straps, zippers or fasteners to secure the laptop. Installation errors are rare because the fit accommodates most 15 inch models without adjustment. Unhindered access to all ports, buttons and cameras means the device remains fully operational while inside the case.

Questions about this item

Does the Dell ES-SV-15-20 sleeve generate any heat or noise when my 15" laptop runs all day inside it?

The sleeve is a passive fabric case with no fans or electronics, so it produces no noise and adds no heat of its own; it simply insulates the laptop from bumps and scratches.

What must I already own for this Dell Essential Carrying Case to work?

You need a notebook with a 15" screen diagonal; the sleeve has no straps, power or data connections, so the laptop itself is the only required item.

Will my older 15" notebook with thicker bezels still fit in the Dell ES-SV-15-20 case?

The case is sized for a 15" screen size; as long as the overall chassis dimensions of your older model fall within that class it will slide in, but exact external measurements are not supplied.
