Questions about this item

Does the 15.6 inch measurement match the visible screen area on a Dell G3 3579?

Yes, the bezel is made for the 15.6 inch panel used in the G3 3579 and frames the active display area exactly as the original part does.

What mounting method does the 9GPN5 bezel use to attach to the display assembly?

It uses a snap-fit design that clips onto the existing LCD cover without screws or adhesive, matching the factory attachment points on the G3 3579.

Will the 15.0 x 10.0 x .5 inch outer dimensions clear the hinge covers and webcam module on a G3 3579?

The bezel is moulded to the G3 3579 chassis, so its profile fits around the hinges and webcam cut-out without modification.
