Connects the LCD panel to the motherboard in Dell Studio XPS 1340 laptops using a CCFL-type flex cable
This replacement LCD flex cable carries the part number G635M and is designed specifically for the Dell Studio XPS 1340 laptop. It restores the video link between the motherboard and a CCFL-backlit display panel. The part is supplied new without retail packaging.
Installation requires partial disassembly of the display assembly to access the hinge area where the flex cable routes. The cable frees the screen from flicker, artefacts or total image loss caused by a fractured ribbon. It is not compatible with LED-backlit panels or other laptop models.
