Two-port 10GBASE-T converged network adapter with PCI Express host interface for server connectivity
The Dell HN10N is a dual-port 10GBASE-T network adapter built on the Broadcom 57810S controller. It installs in a PCI Express slot to give servers two RJ-45 connections for 10 gigabit Ethernet over twisted-pair copper cabling.
The adapter ships as a standalone plug-in card with no additional cables, brackets or software media included. Installation relies on the operating system or hypervisor providing a compatible driver for the Broadcom 57810S chipset.
The card delivers exactly two 10GBASE-T ports via a PCI Express host interface. Servers that require fibre connectors, a different port count or a form factor other than a standard plug-in card will need a different adapter.

The module uses fixed RJ-45 copper ports, so no transceiver modules are required and none will need replacement.
The PCI Express host interface governs total bandwidth, so sustained dual-port traffic is constrained by the slot generation and lane count in the host server.
The adapter is a passive plug-in card with no onboard fan; thermal load depends on the server chassis airflow and the PCIe slot power budget.
