Dell Inspiron i7391 2-in-1

This new Dell Inspiron i7391 is a 13.3-inch 2-in-1 laptop with a 4K UHD multi-touch display running Windows 10 Home. It uses an Intel Core i7-10510U quad-core processor reaching 4.9 GHz turbo frequency with 16 GB of DDR4 memory. Storage combines a 512 GB NVMe SSD with 32 GB Intel Optane memory for responsive file access.

Suits mobile professionals needing touch input

The convertible design and 3840 x 2160 touchscreen serve users who annotate documents or sketch on the move. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics limits 3D rendering and gaming performance. Buyers who need discrete graphics, more than 16 GB of soldered memory, or a larger display should look at other form factors.

13.3-inch 4K UHD touchscreen decides fit

The 13.3-inch panel at 3840 x 2160 resolution delivers high pixel density for detailed visual work and direct pen or finger interaction. If the workflow does not benefit from touch input or the 4K resolution on this screen size, a standard non-touch panel may be more practical.

Questions about this item

Can I keep using my older DDR4 SO-DIMM modules when the 16 GB soldered memory is already installed?

The laptop has 16 GB of DDR4-2400 memory and supports up to 32 GB total, so an additional DDR4 SO-DIMM can be added alongside the existing capacity.

How can I verify the 4K UHD touch panel is running at its native 3840 x 2160 resolution after setup?

Open Windows Display Settings and confirm the resolution shows 3840 x 2160; the touch layer will respond to multi-touch gestures immediately.

Does the box include a Thunderbolt cable or must I buy one separately for external displays?

The system ships with a power adapter and Windows 10 Home; a Thunderbolt cable for monitors or docks is not included and must be purchased separately.
